You are probably using PC too much. Your left hand has different position (closer to body / dick?) so it heats faster and body has to cool that part more so you sweat there more than on your right hand.

I kinda have the same issue but I sweat out of my right pit A LOT more than my left as well so there is clear cause and effect there.

Went to doctors and most couldn't explain why. One doc said that I could have a pinched nerve that causes it.
