And if after falling off the wagon, which happens, you offer them help and support but they don't cooperate, that means you two aren't really compatible anymore. Hey OP, I have an alternative suggestion for you. Sit her down and have a serious talk. Reiterate your concerns over her health and any issues you can think of having with her. Explain to her how important it is to you and that it's driving you away from her. Make sure she understands the gravity of the situation. Don't sit down with the intention of breaking up with her, sit down with the intention of telling her how fed up you are in the good will that she will change. You can say "I've even been thinking about breaking up" or whatever if you want.
