I'm so stupid, I think I might just go and rip up my skin a bit. Smoking isn't an option unfortunately haha. It's getting late already and nothing fucking matters anymore.

Just rely on the knowledge you picked up during the semester. Dont worry about it.

Watch or listen to something that used to bring you joy and see if that helps.

I'm prepping for finals too and found myself in a slump. I like listening to music while I study so I looked up the soundtrack to The Sims 2 and it instantly made me feel better. It brought back a lot of nostalgia and kept me going through my study session.

I want to order food to make studying more tolerable but I know I'll feel like a fatass tomorrow.
