I am ashamed to share this, but I have a problem where I stain myself with out knowing. This has made me extremely insecure to the point that whenever I poop, I wipe myself until I bleed just to be sure there is no more poop and I dont smell or stain my pants.

Even If I clean myself correctly, when I go after to the restroom I can see stains on my underwear. What to do?
