Anything by Eckhart Tolle is a good place to start in terms of the mindset. This vid helped me get started

He's a pickup guy so some of the advice in the vid is geared towards that but it is still very insightful even if you have no interest in pickup. Lastly, just start doing it. Pick a time slot each day and stick to it.
