Once in a while I end up having a vague feeling of time having "stretched". I feel as if MONTHS if not years have passed since Friday. I still have a relatively clear recollection of the events of last week, but it seems to me like they happened years ago and I don't remember much between then and now. I've been feeling this way since yesterday morning.

Is something wrong with my brain? Anyone else ever feel the same thing?

No. I don't drink alcohol either except with meals sometimes.

If it happens again consider seeing a doctor.
>>

It's happened several times already though I'm having a hard time pinpointing any possible triggers.

I would just see a doctor when you can. It's not worth fretting about.

This has happened to me before too, but not as exaggerated. I've had entire days go by where I went to school, went to work, did my thing and I would feel like all of that happened 2-3 days ago when in reality I did all of that today. Its a really strange feeling but I don't know exactly what causes it. Its definitely made worse if I take a nap in the middle of the day but it happens even if I don't do that.

it depends op...

if your focus is heavily trained upon something, such as a creative or technical task and or the learning of a new concept then no problemo your brain is simply doing what it does to filter out "things" that aren't so relevant to you at this point

if its a broader problem with memory seek medical testing and help
