Go see your general physician and ask for a referral to a psychologist.

Some business offer programs that help out by setting up therapist or counselors to their employees. Have you tried looking into it and see if your Hr offers something like that?

I kind of want to keep this separate... my physician is nice but she is kind of off putting. Also, she's not an MD, she's an NP.
