I got punched in the upper chest just above the nipples and in the very middle horizontally, relatively near my heart about a week ago. There's been no visible bruising and for the first few days not a lot of pain but now I get occasional aching there that feels like a bruise. Should I be worried?

I have injuries from falling off horses( working as a cowboy, cattle etc).
Deep in the muscle tissue. Back, legs, hips. Years and years later it will still get sore or tight in injured area.
Pro-tip : don't do jobs where you spend your time getting injuries regularly. You dont feel it so much when you are younger, past thirty your body starts turning to shit. Every injury will be remembered eventually. Pain pain.
Get a education. Even being a janitor is a higher level than a shit job where you spend your time getting hurt.
