Because you don't give enough attention to yourself so when someone does this you remember how much you need that and crave it like a drug. Focus on yourself, the things you like and if you don't find anything put in yourself things that you like like muscles, better clothes, academic degrees etc, literally anything that'll make you admire and respect yourself more so you can start liking yourself.

I've tried getting good as shit at drawing since I've always been the kid who sketches in class. I've tried getting myself an actual sixpack since I'm really thin and predisposed to having one (if I force it enough you can even see a little bit of the motherfucker). Jogged for some time. But it all seemed to vague and fruitless. Maybe cause I didn't do it long enough?

I don't know, I just feel so infatuated by bitches so easily, and the whole ride coupled with my overanalization has became basically my life blood. Currently talking frequently to this one girl who makes me laugh at walls when I get messages from her. Its so good.
It will all be shit once I realize I have no fucking chance though. I actually already kind of did. But it hasnt caught me yet. And I also am not really losing anything so w/e.

You are starved for love and affection. Its like going to a restaurant when you are starving--anything looks soo good. You just want someone who love and appreciate you no matter how small the gesture. Its a normal feeling and nothing to do with you, it will pass eventually as you form meaningful bond with women.
