Did you get a raise with you management duties that would cover the $1000 you would get from your part time job? Or is your new position worth the stress? You need a work-life balance. This could be quitting the side job or relieving yourself of management duties for lower pay or something. And you'd only be bored because you wouldn't be working toward anything. Get a hobby or side project and set goals. Happiness is better built by meeting long term goals than by instant gratification. The most important thing is your health and stress affects that greatly.
Source- I worked 1 full time and 2 part time jobs at once while attending college, worked 50-70 hour weeks for five years consulting, now work less than 40 hours for more pay and travel whenever with free time going to hobbies and projects.
