I dont know if youll find this idiotic but if you just want something to give you strenght to start fixing stuff - drink 1-2 cups of strong black coffee. Its stupid as fuck but for me it was like discovering America. Suddenly I wanted to do things again and i remembered my interests and found a will to live. Nothing changed magically, half of the shit I had last year is still here, but the kick I get from caffeine is honestly magical.
I still feel like dying when I wake up, like I'm superglued to the matress and covered in oil, but the liquid shit makes me forget that for 3 hours at a time. I still think nothing is worth it but I FEEL different, and thats the whole point - to trick at least one part of yourself. Coffee makes me a bit sick because its disgusting and makes me shit like a dove but its honestly worth every drop when I see the work that Ive done or how good Ive been to my family. Im sorry if this makes you cringe bc i dont know the true nature of your problem, but i hope i helped.
