The problem you're most likely having is that strangers from the internet can only give you so much practical advice, only having a limited amount of information regarding your problem.

Clearly if you're bitching about all of these things being an issue in your life, it's worth looking inward and asking why you're having all of these problems, and what you can change. We can only provide the most generic advice, or our anecdotal experience.

Unfortunately, like playing a shitty videogame with a broken difficulty level, often the most sensible strategy isn't to try to squeeze the most enjoyment that you can out of a shitty game, but simply stop playing it and do something else.

Only these are wrong but this advice is pretty rare. As for the answers: Self improvement and going outside.

Rest of the stuff you posted is legitimate as fuck. Advice isn't a magic solution for your problems and can only nudge you in the right direction.

The problem is that no one wants to go into their life story. No one wants to give details, and it takes too long to delve into someone's personality and character in order to make an accurate analysis - all we get is one sided, based accounts of what's going on, and most people don't want to admit that they made a mistake or need to change something.

So it's hard to give advice when we aren't allowed to even scratch the surface of the "problem."
