Anyone have any experiences with those hotline suicide numbers?
The thoughts have increased lately and I have nobody to talk about it with.
I haven't had any myself. I went to one of those live chatrooms once, but there was a kid in there monopolizing all the agent's attention and I was feeling kind of unwelcome so I didn't stick around.
I hear you have to be careful about which agency you call, because some are more interested in evangelical witnessing than actual emotional support.

They're all shit. Talk to a friend, a family member, a psychologist or someone here.

Why dont you tell us your story anon?

I don't have friends and my family is busy enough with their problems. I don't want to go to therapy (yet) and I kind of want to talk to someone person to person. Sad to hear they're all shit though.

It's not even remotely interesting. Just a random white collar, grew up in a loving household, feel alone, anxious and worthless in general.

Well why dont you at least try? Maybe somebody will listen here.
How long are you unhappy? How miserable are you? Do you pretend to be happy to others? Do you envy other people around you that they are happy? Do you want to be happy? Why dont you have friends? It is somewhat easy to get some. What is your job? Do you enjoy something in life? When was the last time you cried? Do you share your emotions with somebody?
And proffesionals can help you. Give them a chance.
