That's a ringworm. My siblings had them all over their arms when we adopted a stray cat. I'm not a fan of petting animals, but even I got one of those on my lower back.

Use tinactin fungal cream that you can get at Wal-Mart or some place like that. As I said my siblings got covered in them and that did the trick.

Definitely ringworm. Ringworm is not a worm, it's a fungus.

Use topical creams such as tolnaftte (brand name tinactin) or clotrimazole (brand name lotrimin) to kill it. Apply for the entire duration, even after it looks better.
