Alright /adv/ this is an emergency.
Three weeks ago I slipped at the gym and hit my head on the floor.
Everything was okay, a flesh wound on my face that bled a bit but it was fine.
Three weeks later and it still doesnt seem to fully heal, and Im scared shitless that it will leave a scar.
Its above my right eye and pretty big, I hate it and I cant seem to understand how from such a minor wound I will get a scar.
Im putting aloe vera daily but Im afraid it won't help.
Any ideas?

I don't know anything about preventing scars, sorry, but in future, if you slip and hit your fucking head, get medical attention, okay? Shit can be dangerous, even if you don't think you hit your head that hard, and symptoms can sometimes show up days after the accident.

Im in a foreign country... Im going to see a doctor in a week regardless.
And about the fall, Im a medic so I would know if it got serious, and I did treat the wound well.
Ironic enough, I don't know how to prevent scarring.

I could tell from the fall that I had no chance of concussion, I didn't fall from a standing position, my face was literally 5 centimeters off the ground before I fell, and not in high speed.
