How do I calm down about my university grade. I haven't received it yet but the overall anxiety is preventin me from sleeping, eating and resulting in me just generally being stressed out.
One bad grade won't kill you, and you can work harder next time to recover if you really care about GPA.

It's my final year and I graduate in the summer. Should have specified sorry. By grade I mean degree class.

If your previous grades werent ok, id be nervous as fuck also

Define "degree class"?
You are doing a bad job explaining, but this isn't something you can change, right? Why are you stressing about it? What's the actual issue that's bothering you?

Degree class as in 2:3/2:2/2:1/1:1
The TLDR is that I'm on a 59-61% average and it could go to 2:2 or 2:1. If I get a 2:2 I'll probably just kill myself.

Yeah, but why does that matter? Will you not graduate? As long as you graduate nobody will really give a shit about your grades unless you are going into a highly specialized field. But given your grades I don't think you have the ambition for that to matter.

Well I'm pretty much guaranteed to graduated but I'll just feel very disappointed with myself if I don't get a 2:1.
I know I can achieve my future career plans with a 2:2 so it's really inconsequential but id still feel like I've let myself down on a major level.
