Anyone out there got any experience with breaking and entering? Or hell, just any kind of lucrative petty theft that is relatively idiot proof?

Not guna lie, contemplated Anhero, but decided I wasn't TOTALLY out of options, and started looking around online for tips and walking around my neighborhood looking for vulnerable businesses or homes i could easly snatch a few things from to sell.
So I'm looking for advice: If you had to resort to petty theft to keep themselves afloat, what would be the easiest and/or least risky way to make a few bucks with some kind of petty theft, nothing felony level.
