I was wondering if anyone else gets this.
Sometimes I do things and suddenly can't recall what I did in the past minutes, hours, days. It's like my mind forcibly goes blank to block something out, like if you tried to not think about anything but instead I AM trying to think but nothing moves and its happening every day

Maybe not the exact same thing, but after studying/writing for four hours I am unavle to focus on anything at all.
If you're studying in long sessions, try taking a 30 minute break. Change your focus entirely, do some exercise or something.

I'm not studying at all
I don't experience any stress either. The only thing might be that im super sad often, would say depressed but im not qualified enough to self diagnose.
I do know that I can get things out of my mind super quickly, so there is a pro to this
