Idk but I'm a guy and I like women with accents-- at least, from the right places. So it probably goes both ways. Russian is an interesting one. Best if you know a bit about computer hacking or biotechnology or military weaponry or something else that seems particularly Russian.

Unless you're trying to pull a Russian/English/Spanish/French/Nippon/etc. lit major, the language itself doesn't really matter. It's just the fact that you have something cool/exotic that you're passionate about that's attractive. I had an ex that spoke Spanish but he was impressed by fact that I liked to cook and write in the same way I was impressed by his language skills. If you just speak Russian because you're a Russian, I wouldn't be AS attracted, but it would still be kinda exotic and cool and help you start a conversation at least.

As for accents, I think Commonwealth (British, Australian, etc.) accents are cute but German and Russian accents are kind of meh.

depends, are you hot? cuz otherwise you're just an ugly guy who knows a language, which might impress ugly women, but no women wont sleep with you for knowing a foreign language.

accents can be nice, but again, you gotta be hot, otherwise people just think you're weird.

as a general rule women prefer men with accents who are more 'fancy' in nature, as the accent adds to that. generally that means english accents, but it can also even be south of the boarder as long as the man carries himself like hes dignified instead of just a spick.
