I'm a 6' white guy. Can I realistically teach myself

You jump over higher and higher obstacles as traning a couple of months and you should be good. Im 6'2 i can reach but the ball is too high, if you have big hands it would be easier

It's more about the technique when jumping. Look it up on youtube.

It's about technique and leg strength. Get yourself some ankle weights and strengthen your legs. Isaiah Thomas and Kay Felder can dunk and they're 5'9''.
