She is, we've gone through numerous therapists. Her most recent one yelled at her and refused to treat her because he thought her anxious mumbling was "disrespectful" but we just found a new one that she'll see soon

See if your GP has a recommendation. Having a professional psychiatrist who went through med school and shit, yell at their mental health patient for disrespect is pretty fucking suspect.

My big sis was suicidal but it only took 1 specialist to at least stop her from going off the deep end. She's not exactly mentally healthy but she's no longer suicidal. I'd imagine due to a good shrink.

Yeah, we filed a complaint about him and apparently we weren't the first to do so.
It's been a cycle. Two years ago she was an inpatient at a rehab center for people with anorexia. She was fine when she came back, then a few months later she got worse, then she got better and seemed like she was on the path to recovery, and now she's really pushing hard for us to let her kill herself. It seems like it never ends

Try electroconvulsive therapy. She will feel better in no time. This is the perfect time to use it.

Keep trying to help her, don't get tired and resentful. She's your baby sister after all and she'll eventually get better with the correct care and support from both the family and professional services.

Keep an eye on her in case she does anything rash, my sister certainly did. But even she could recover and be a productive person, albeit not as an entirely healthy person
