Keep getting chest pain/tight feeling accompanied by aching/shooting pain in my shoulder and arm (either right or left). Occurs while resting or while exercising and last a few minutes chest pain fading first then arm pain fading.
I'm 24yo female, not on any meds, healthy weight, smoker (15-20 a day), don't drink, avoid caffiene though it seems to happen more if I've had a cup of coffee/can of Pepsi that week. Have had this problem for 10+ years even when I didn't smoke or when I've cut back on smoking.
Any ideas guys?
Bitch, you dyin'.

Working on it anon but it happened even before I took up smoking when I was a kid?
Doctor had a look, decided they couldn't diagnose without having me hooked up while it happens.

Good luck staying attractive to men. I hope you're a lesbian, or a Motley Crue groupie.

First stop smoking, isn't that obvious? at least to rule that out.
Do you smoke to "treat" anxiety? Just breathe ait, you don't need to put unnecessary shit on your body to relax. Also see a therapist, and a regular doctor too.
To me it just sounds like panic attacks or anxiety but I'm just an internet stranger, see a real professional.
Oh and btw "healthy" weight means nothing, you can have a "normal" weight but have no muscles and too much fat. Please exercise and stop smoking, it will help.

Here's a really wild, off-the-wall idea -
See a doctor.
