I always cared about it.
I think it has everything to do with lack of will.
For some it's obviously over eating but for me it's extreme social anxiety that keeps me from leaving my house on my weekend.

I got fit before because i wanted my bf to want me more. It felt great and my confidence skyrocketed until I caught my bf trying to get a hookup.
I became extremely depressed and lost my motivation. It felt like my progress meant nothing.

I still count calories and eat the right foods i just can't find the will to run or lift.
I wish i could afford a personal trainer. Without someone positively encouraging me I just can't make myself do it again.
I know it's my fault and I am ashamed of myself.

Ironically I've never had any trouble attracting men. I don't understand how so many women with great bodies can't find a bf. It seems like it would be stupid easy to me.

The big thing with plans is to take them at a comfortable pace and ramp up when you're able to. Delays and setbacks are not a big deal.

Shortly after starting c25k I started experiencing horrible knee pain and thought I had hurt myself. I was really frightened.
I paid $200 for new shoes and took a week off, but it turns out it was nothing. Just my knees growing to accommodate the strain.

As far as I know, hot refers to a specific look. There are girls that I would call cute but I wouldn't call hot. You should be worried whether you are attractive or not.

A catch is a girl who is significantly more attractive than the guy. Generally. Nowadays finding a girl who cooks could also be considered a catch.
