My life has been sucked out of me. What happened?
Probably depression.
Read Camus.
and by "eat junk food occasionally" I mean, I rarely eat, but once in a while I will eat some fries or a snack just so I don't die.
I don't even enjoy eating and have lost a ton of weight.

I read The Stranger many years ago. Not a fan but I get the point. My reading of philosophy hasn't really helped my condition.

That's depression too. Apathy and anhedonia (lack of pleasure in things you once enjoyed) are both symptoms of depression

I was prescribed something for depression (an anti-depressant) and it's doing nothing.

Then try harder. You need to find meaning in life.
The Stranger merely describes someone in the same situation as you very thoroughly. Now you have to read The Rebel to find meaning. I'd recommend The Myth of Sysiphus but it might be to heavy for you.
