Order of importance when it comes to making a strong first impression that sets how a woman will view you:
How you dress, including shoes (most american men dress like complete garbage but never suspect it since they've never traveled to other countries)
How you are groomed (hairstyle, facial hair, hygiene, etc)
What you say/do (how "fun" and "confident" you are)
It's a toss up between fitness and career for the last slot. But if your career is so great that you're rich, then none of thos matters.

Of course different women will put priority on different aspects but generally speaking, this is the order. Doesn't matter how fit you are if you're homeless and smell like shit.

Btw, I workout religiously I can overhead press my own body weight and am a physical training leader in the military. I wish all it took was being fit to get laid.
