Due to health reasons I need to move somewhere with a sunny and not excessively hot climate. Low cost of living and good job opportunities for a mechanical engineer would be a plus. I'm currently in the Seattle area.
Where should I go?

quito
>high up in the mountains, high amounts of UV radiation
>constant 20°C all year round due to being at the equator, yet high altitude for spring climate
>low cost of living
>engineers in high demand because of developing country
go ask /trv/

Hard mode: first world country and/ or the US since I need access to treatment.

I live in Atlanta. Lots of engineering jobs in Georgia, it's almost always sunny, doesn't get TOO crazy hot and winters are mild. It is humid as fuck here though.
