Put your hands on her hip bones.

Its pretty easy if your buff and your partner is lightweight.
Used to do a similar move while i was in a dance school.

Things to take in to consideration.
You need to have a firm upper body and a strong lower body.
You partner needs to be light. my partner was a 42kg ballerina.
you need to be in a slight squat before the move, she should assist in the engagement by jumping from the floor. You should put your hands on her hips bones and assist her in the dump until she reaches maximum height. At this point your arms should be locked out and you finish the move by locking out your legs.
Keep balance in mind. Your image is showing a pretty difficult position, since the center of mass is behind you and the whole thing could topple and fall. I suggest you try a slightly different move where your partner is up right rather than in a horizontal position. Until you both get comfortable with the move.
Also pay attention to ceilings. Speaking form experience if your 6'5" and you lift a girl like that. The whole thing is now ~12ft tall. Most ceilings are ~9ft
