I'm going to uni, depressed out of my mind. Starting to slip on things. Missed lectures, poor performance on assignments where I missed out on questions. Feel disconnected from everyone. But I don't want this, or at least I need to do enough so I can pass. How do I keep going?

The same thing happened to me. The trick is to just force yourself to get to class. I don't know any other way around it.
Going to class actually made me happier, I just started getting scared of class because I wouldn't go and was worried people would talk about me. But no one really gives a shit. Just go to class. Force yourself.
Good luck anon. Maybe if you go, you won't be up in 10 years at 3:30 AM shitposting on a Malaysian fingerpainting support group.

Are you depressed because you can't focus, or can you not focus because you're depressed.
If the first, go to whatever office offers academic assistance (tutors, dean, department advisor, whatever). If the second, go to the health service for counselling.

Careful, that stuff can follow you in your career.
But if you need it you need it.
Go to class, play video games that require talking to people not just typing - thats a start.
