I smoked a bit in highschool. Didn't like what it brought out in me, also lost my source, so I stopped. It wasn't hard. Some people smoke every day and become lazy unambitious stoners so your mileage may vary.

I've personal smoked quite a bit, but i hate the shit. So I think it's more of if you like the effect then you'll want more.

Depends on how you're smoking it. Depends on what you're smoking. Depends on how much you're smoking, and personal tolerance. Your own mindset plays an important part too, so smoking in a place where you'll feel 'safe' is helpful. No one likes being worried about being caught no matter what they're doing. Except maybe exhibitionists, but that's a whole 'nother kettle of fish.


First time I smoked, I had never smoked much of anything - cigars once or twice, never cigarettes. I coughed a whole bunch and didn't get high because I wasn't used to inhaling smoke, and didn't really keep trying to take more.

Second time I smoked was from a vaporizer, back before we had all these liquid flavored cloud vapor shit. It was a stand up unit with a heating element and an AC plug into an outlet, and a long, flexible plastic whip and glass bowl piece to put the weed in.

We spent most of the time talking about literally anything that came to mind, from the music we were listening to, the food we were eating, random thoughts about the neighbors, people's stances on weed, anything that fascinated me n' my buddies we talked about for hours.

Weed is as addictive as anything else you can get addicted to - TV. Food. The internet. Video games. If it's something you like and have fun with, you like having it and doing it, and it depends on your own willpower and discipline.

Bring a bunch of drinks, OP, you'll probably get dry mouthed badly. And if you're gonna be there for several hours, a meal or some snacks would be good.
