Is 70 degrees too hot for jeans and a long sleeved shirt? (Florida)

It obviously depends, but generally speaking (having lived in a place with really fair weather and a place with shit ass hot af weather) probably not. If you're that worried, you could go in a short sleeve shirt and a light jacket or other outer layer thats easily removable (a flannel or something).

It depends as in depending on what you're used to, btw. Because I've seen madmen in arizona on a hot ass 116 degree summer day in long sleeves.

Just got back. Wore jeans and a nice button down. Went fine. Was actually a little cold sitting in the shade with the wind later in the afternoon.
