So I decided to cut off porn for myself. Although its not effecting my sex life, I feel that it will eventually. But I do think its caused some problems like not lasting as long in bed and having unrealistic expectations for sex. How long until I can expect a more "natural" mental state? Is it still ok to fap without the porn? Any advice would help

its definitely caused ED for me. I stopped watching porn for a couple weeks, and only fapping to thoughts and holy fuck my sex drive went through the roof. I still have a cheat day once a week though.
