>Used to be overweight
>Never got sick ever
>Went on a diet, lost 35 pounds
>Get more sick than I ever used to 2 or even 3 times a month
What did I do wrong?
what was the diet you went on? it might be related to a change in food/drink

Basic stuff. Mostly Vegetables/Dairy/Meat, just in low amounts. All sugars gone. It's hard to believe a change like that could make me sick

Go see a doctor, the weight loss may not even be related but how are we supposed to know.

If sugar was a very significant part of your diet and its still been less than 12 months since starting, i could be the body still in shock from the diet change. Try drinking more water and eating vitamin c rich food. More fruit intake like bananas could also help. Honestly who knows.
lot of shit gets stored in body fat and released if you lose weight. might be related to that.

What kind of sick? How long have you been getting sick?
Your body has a lot to adjust to. Are you getting the right vitamins and minerals in you on your diet? For example, you said that you're doing vegetables/dairy/meat, which basically means you've cut out important things like grains, and especially fruits that provide immune system boosters like vitamin C.
You should be taking vitamins to make up for what you're not getting in your system anymore.
