What questions should I ask to get to know someone? What things do you like to be asked? How can I keep a conversation going? Please share any useful sources of information on socialising

Ask about the other person, when they reply..ask them to elaborate with something related.
Anything you know about the person can be used to start a conversation.
Just keep asking questions, volounteer information about yourself if it is related to the topic.
