Hurt my back in December working. Bulged a disc and ever since then my life has been a rut. I don't get sexually aroused anymore I don't get morning wood anymore. I don't feel like I'm doing anything. My back still hurts I've been in pt and have been doing my stretches religiously. I feel like it's hopeless. I don't like coming here anymore I also quit my favorite hobbies due to my injury. Has anyone been in my shoes and seen improvements?
