So anons, here's the thing... I'm with this girl for over a year now, and we are friends since a long freaking time. We've broken up and got back once, and we're currently living together. Usually she'll say she needs some time to try to recover from this "fear of sex", and she was happy when I said I wouldn't break up with her just because of the lack of sex. Without saying everything, i've been thru it, and i really makes me sad to read about it. She's going to need time and therapy to heal. She has to realize the difference between sex as love from sex as violence. You staying patient is really sweet, and she is building trust for you every time you choose not to take advantage of her body. Unfortunately, compliments may not go far, because anything remotely sexual will be a trigger. Be there for her emotionally as long as you keep loving her.
