Basically can anyone tell me or help me think of a way to guarantee someone that you are and will be faithful?

other then having a 24 hour stream of your life, no.
No deep af philosophical method?

how would deep philosophy guarantee to someone that you'd do something?
philosophy is for the grey area, the idea that you'd do what needs to be done in the moment, not that you'd stick to some arbitrary promise.

I was thinking more along the lines of some philosophical logic for giving someone a guarantee that they'd believe.

oh, you mean manipulation. no, the only way to manipulate someone is to apply your own logic to the way they work.
otherwise it wouldn't be manipulation, we'd just be robots being programmed. manipulation is specific to each person.

Its only guaranteed if the person trusts you 100%. Your character is judged on the things you say, actions you take, and the decisions you make. ARE YOU a trustworthy person?
Keep in mind the fact that people *can - but not necessariliy - change/grow/contort many times throughout their lives.
Also, if you are a girl, then forget it. You simply cannot be trusted.
There is no way. Men are dogs.
