How do i cope with my immense anger ? Its like a bottomless pit.

I don't think we have a MD that could help you right now, since pretty much you need the meds so you can control your anger issues.
Maybe, MAYBE there is some anon that knows, but I don't guarantee it.

Do yoga or meditation?.. or whenever u feel really angry of if u feel a strong desire to punch someone..close your eyes and imagine the person you love the most standing in front of you, it will calm you down.. well atleast it does in my case.
