1) Don't do it again.
2) Use something like Neosporin. Nothing will make it go away completely but this does help.

Mix eggs, natural aloe gel, and cows milk (equal parts) into a blender. Get that liquid and dunk a towel into it, rest the towel on it until it begins to dry up, dunk the towel again, repeat this process for two or three weeks.
This works best on open wounds, but keep trying it anyway.

I've been cutting since I was 12, and even going pretty deep, the only times I've had to got to a hospital was during an actual suicide attempt. Sounds like you went pretty far. Hope whatever's causing you distress works out.

I use a good olive soap and then put aloe on the scars/older scabs after showering. I've been able to go swimming with some pretty deep scars on my thighs after doing this for a couple months.
Also, try to expose the cut to open air as much as possible. Only do this when it's scabbed and make sure keep the wound clean.
Care for yourself, it's pretty relaxing and can be a nice ritual.

Cover that shit propery, don't touch, don't think, try and forget as much about the area as you can can. Don't do it again. Fucking meditate m8, you have other issues then scar fading
