Take Finasteride. It's a drug that prevents DHT from forming and causing typical MPB. I used Finasteride for 1 year with no side effects. It stopped my tiny bit of hairloss completely, I caught it really early because I knew that I was at high risk.

I'm not sure if you should expect to get any regrowth on finasteride though.

I'm transgender MtF and I eventually moved to full T blockers and estrogen which regrew all the hair I had lost. Theoretically, if you want regrowth then a light dose of an AA like Spiro and a touch of estrogen might do it for you without causing anymore than puffy nipples. But beware, some guys respond very sensitively to all of these drugs.
