It's been a week since my eyelid keeps fucking twitching, I want to stab it out already. It started around when I began taking magnesium and vitamin d supplements.
I thought it was supposed to be the other way around because these help and prevent twitches?? Still twitches if I stop taking them, sometimes even crazier than before.

Go to a doc.
You have insurance, right?

Eye twitching is caused by aany of the below:
1. Stress
2. Tiredness
3. Vitamin deficiency
The corner of your eyes spasm and that's basically your body trying to tell you sometyhing is not right.
>stress
Worried or anxious about something you have to do or have been doing? Constantly dreading or unhappy about something?
>Tiredness
Quit caffine immediately, bin the energy drinks. Reduce computer time by half. Sleep earlier and longer. 9pm bed time? Make it happen.
>Vitamin deficiency
Have a good look at your diet. Too many meats, salt and processed foods as your staple are very bad. Spend two weeks eating vegetables, oily fish and fruit. For drink stick to water and watch your body respond in kind.
Other than thise 3, also try and be a bit more physically active as sometimes blood pressure can be at play here.
same thing happened to me for months. i thought this "its caffeine, its lack of sleep, lack of vitamins" was bullshit, but i guess it wasnt as i started sleeping more, less coffee and take supplements and eat better, and i haven't had it for ages
Same as everyone here, had it, still happens from time to time. You're burning yourself out either with stress, overindulgance of stimulants/tiresome activities, or shitty diet. Ezpz
i used to get facial twitches and thought I had parkinsons but turned out it was just chronicly tight muscles in the face, neck, shoulders, and scalp/head. try feeling out for sore spots and gently massaging them till the soreness goes away
