I've been out of work for a few years due to a few reasons, but want to start working again. The main problems are that i don't have much work history and I end up in a ton of pain after standing for 2 hours due to fucked knees. The main questions I have are, how hard will it be to just get an entry level job and what will i need to go through just to get a doctor's note for a chair?

I've had knee issues since i could walk. Sometimes it gets bad enough to force me into a limp, and if I stand for an extended period of time they start feeling like someone just kicked both of them very hard. It wasn't as bad in my last job because I was a delivery driver back then.

I mean specifically what have you done through your doctor to either diagnose or treat your issues? Is it recorded? What were the diagnoses? Why do you think you have issues with your knees? Is it genetic? Is it environmental? etc..

I saw a few doctors for it. When i was about 5 or 6 I was told "oh it's just growing pains" and they wouldn't hear anything more of it. Last year I went to physical therapy for it for a few months since I finally went and saw a different doctor.
I feel like part of the problem is maybe things aren't perfectly aligned in my knees or something? Sometimes I can feel things moving around while walking which ends up forcing a limp.

I was 215 pounds a couple years ago, but i'm about 155 now. My knees were bad before all that, though
