21 year old grill here. Get the degree, have kids 28+ if at all. Seriously consider how much of a lifesuck children are.

I pretty much 100% know if I don't ever have kids I'll regret it, I love them. I'm afraid to have children at 28+ in case they are down syndrome or there's more complications but possibly I'm just paranoid.

What kind of degree?
Are you and your boyfriend in the permanent relationship stage?
What kind of job does he have?
Have you created a sample budget to see if you can raise a child on limited income?

How nobody has given their opinion without asking these questions is beyond me.

22 is too young to have kids imo. 28 is ideal anyway.

choose the first option. women are meant to raise families not work or go to university

Besides, do you even have somebody to make babies with?
Do you even like going to school?
How do you plan to feed your babies?
Where will you live?
Will uni pay itself with increased salary or will the student loan destroy you economically?

Only one thing is certain op. From the long future perspective, the only thing which matters are your children. But by then you will be long dead. So in the end nothing really matters.

Whatever you do, do not allow the existentional crysis to get inside your head!
