>Been on a pretty agressive diet since November
>Lost like 30 pounds
>Nothing else really changed though
I had some fantasies that people would be more friendly to me and what not
Was I being naïve
Yeah you were being a bit naive
People are still gonna be the way they are regardless of your weight.
However, focus on the other good things the weight loss has brought you. Such as health improvement, more energy, more self confidence?

Calories out has been >>> calories in for a few months you know
Thanks for the reply though
30 pounds is irrelevant. Did you lose 15% or 1% That is relevant. More information needed.
>lose weight
>need to buy new clothes
>hunger never stops
>fucking cold all the time
>can't play the bellydrum anymore
>increased life expectancy means I have to put up with this bullshit for even longer
>not as buoyant in the water
I fell for that meme hard.

there is some truth to this, OP
if you're looking for a reaction from shallow people, but you're 250, 30lbs isnt going to look like much difference yet

Odds are people do look at you more positively, and you just don't know it.
Whatever you do, for the love of god do not gain the weight back. Just stay focused and it will pay off.
