I've been having this really unsettling feeling of having two breaths in my chest. Even if I hold my breath I it still feels like my chest is expanding and contracting just as if I were still breathing. I suspect the cause might be some psychological stress I've been experiencing as of late. Is this serious? Should I seek professional help?

You're likely to give yourself a panic attack if you haven't already. You need to come to terms that it's all in your head and there's nothing physically wrong with you. Once you do that, you may be able to move past this in time.

Yeah that happened to me, I thought my breath was shallow or incomplete. It was actually fine, just weird anxiety neurosis thing.
