TOR has its own search engines, and "deep web" traditionally means content which is NOT made available to web searches. The reason why deep web is larger than light web is because light web only represents the public-facing surface, whereas 'deep' means all beneath the surface which is *not* presented openly to the public.

Deep web is not a witches' coven or an instant kungfu trainer. It's all the shit the world wants to keep private.
