I think I'm autistic
People tell me I'm not, but i haven't seen a doctor about it and i can't imagine i ever will.
I'm mostly looking for guidance on how to be who i am amid people not like me.
You probably just lack social skills, are insecure etc.
If you really think you are autistic than get diagnosed and get those autismbux

I don't know exactly to what extent autism describes a degree of separation, so forgive me if I'm using the wrong word.
I feel like i don't 'feel' like most people. One constant thought i experience is that people are ridiculous with their emotions. I feel like my bleeps of emotion are so minute. I'm just a tiny bit happy, or a tiny bit mad, or a tiny bit sad. I almost never laugh unless i force myself to when around people. I feel that stuff really has no bearing in existence. Like it's a weird contrived formality. I feel a complete disconnect with interacting with people, besides a few people who somehow i can connect with.

Why would you connect with people without socializing with them? Im sure youre a smart guy, so you know what happens when a kid is isolated from all of the other people since birth. Isolation changes you. Regular interaction with people in school, work, family dinner, is not enough most of the time. Really talking with people about things and trying to balance their expectations with yours is what makes you feel more connected. It's not you and 'them' anymore.
>besides a few people who somehow i can connect with.
See? Those are the people you have gotten to interact with more.
Also, stop posting stupid things like a guy photoshopped to look like Guts. I get that image, but even I think it's stupid. Don't let memes be part of your life. It's not good for a person such as you.

If you are like OP, please stop posting memes. It will effect your thinking. Ever get tetris syndrome? Whatever insignificant activity you do has an effect on you. Pretending to be a frog with autism via reaction images is bad influence for a socially challenged person. Period.
