Ok, so I'm trying to get a job at Chipotle and I can't tell if they're desperate or not for employees
>Applied online last night
>No work experience, high school diploma or references
>Call me in for an interview the next day
>The interviewer wasn't writing anything down and didn't know what questions to ask
>Interview over in 5 minutes
Am I going to get in?
you never know so keep applying. Did they even set up a follow up or say they would be in touch if they wanted you in?

They said they'd call me in the next 1-2 days

that sounds like you got it then, why would they waste their time if you weren't a good fit unless they were looking at other applicants. You at least were deemed competent enough at the interview. Good luck possible future burrito master.

I'll hook you up with some extra meat anon

dude. entry level jobs are hard to fill with quality people just because they are entry level. basic food service is one of those jobs. not knocking, but just clarifying:
1:nice
2:smart
3:reliable
generally speaking, if you make 2 out of 3, you get job.

thanks breh, but I'm putting on too much weight, I probably won't ever walk into a Chipotle in a long time. By then you will have moved on to bigger and better things. I appreciate the thought though. :)

chipotle is great for dropping weight, if you get it in a bowl and not a tortilla wrap, abstain from chips, and avoid that special sauce stuff which is basically mayo and nothing but calories.
in fact, moes/chipotle/willys is some of the least processed food you can enjoy, and not have to eat at a subway.

This. I was an assistant manager at a small local game store years ago. I loved handling interviews and if you seemed like an alright person with a good head on your shoulders you basically had a great shot at getting the job. There were other things I'd cover in the interview but basically I'd overlook small flaws such as inexperience or lack of product knowledge if the person seemed nice and willing to learn.
It honestly sounds like the interviewer was rushing. It's hard to say why or what was going on, but regardless I hope you landed it anon. Use it as a stepping stone but if you didn't get it just keep on trucking.
