how do I know if I can pull of a full fringe? I have medium curly

curly front fringes... idk, some people can pull 'em off, most cannot.
also, get to fixing the damage if you haven't already.
and yes, face shape really matters with front fringes. if you have a thin face, good idea, because fringe gives illusion of roundness, if you have a more filled out face, don't, bad idea.

i have a heart shaped face i think, being that my chin is pointy. I agree with you that curly bangs might be risky. But my hair usually gets straighter after I brush it.
