Somethin' werid's going on. Here are my symptoms.
>Sinus pressure
>Lightheadedness
>Dizziness (slight)
>Shortness of breath
>Itchy eyes, throat, inner ears
>Fast heart rate
>Anxiety
>Tongue swelling (slight)
>Difficulty swallowing
>Mental confusion (slight)
Let me explain the mental confusion. 2-3 times a day I'll do shit like
>Get something out of fridge.
>Do something else.
>Forget I got it out of the fridge.
>Look for it again.
>Where the fuck is it?
>Oh, I already got it.
I have shitty short-term memory to begin with.
If I take allergy meds (loratadine), it cuts the sinus pressure in half. I'm not allergic to anything, but I've gotten hay fever before.
If I take deep, slow breaths, my heart rate slows down and I feel less anxious.
I hope it's not an emergency. I don't have insurance. Is this worth a doctor visit?
Forgot. Last night I had chills.
Have you been eating and sleeping well? That means eating routinely and sleeping consistently (not too much sleep, and not too little).
It's been a mixed bag since the time change.
You might want to go to a doctor if it persists instead of asking a Polynesian architecture forum.

This right here makes me think it's the flu. But you've no fever, so hmm.
Update: I took a double dose of garlic supplement and fish oil, avoided dairy (except greek yogurt), got some eyedrops, took some aspirin, and rinsed my hair and face. I feel better, but it's not completely gone. I think it's allergies.
