Should i seek medical/psychological help if i see faces in places when i walk? because i am beginning to become paranoid and i sometimes find myself reading things i have written backwards...

I don't understand what you're trying to say, so probably.

What kind of faces are they? What do they look like?

I always see angry, monster faces when I look at the clouds. Never elephants, dolphins, but always jaws and grotesque faces. The same at night when I stare on the park through balcony.
I know this isn't healthy, but I haven't done anything about it.

I do too. I've seen these faces for as long as I can remember. My counsellor told me to look for the friendly and good things. She said it'd be difficult but that they were there. Now, I see both the angry scary faces and the lovely things. Sometimes, I hate it. But mostly, I'm glad to be able to see both.
Sounds like you're subconsciously trying too hard to see those faces, it doesn't seem to be something too serious, but yeah going to therapy would help
